Steven has worked in the air conditioning and energy business for over 32 years. He is an engineer with a BSc. in Environmental Engineering (HVAC) and MS in Energy Management and Policy. He is also a graduate of the Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School. Steven is also CAC's leading expert in Hydronics and Cogeneration. Over the course of his tenure the company has achieved significant growth and development guided by his vision, experience and expertise. CAC continues to flourish under Steven's leadership.
Colin has worked in various management capacities in the field of engineering for over 25 years. His training includes a BSc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, an MBA, and numerous short executive courses, conferences and technical seminars. Colin currently oversees all technical work at CAC, inclusive of quotation and tenders, contract negotiations, project management, installation and service. Colin is also a specialist in controls, energy and all air conditioning systems.
Gia has more than a decade worth of experience in corporate banking, both locally and overseas. Her training includes a BSc. as well as executive courses at Harvard Business School. Gia’s considerable experience and knowledge are invaluable in the daily billing and collections, treasury, human resource development and administrative duties within the company.
