Chilled Water Systems

Chilled Water Systems are amongst the most popular in Jamaica for commercial use. These systems use water, instead of air, to cool a space. Inside each room, there are air handlers, which work in the same way as traditional air conditioning. The chiller only turns on when the water in the reservoir gets above a certain temperature which provides significant energy savings.

VRF Systems

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) is engineered to minimize or use no ductwork as a saving, save on the cost of large distribution fans, multiple water pumps operation and water piping. The benefits are numerous, and allow for less piping for contractors and energy efficiency for engineers. The LG VRF Systems which are carried by CAC also boast the lowest life cycle cost of any system on the market today.

Split Units

CAC offers options such as:

• Packaged Units: Combine multiple components into a single unit that sits outside your home
• Multi-Split Units: Connects up to five indoor units to a single outdoor unit.
• Single-Split Units: Connects one indoor unit to an outdoor unit.
